Workplace Spirituality, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

چکیده

This research investigates the effect of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on citizenship behavior employees working at one factories in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The number becomes population is 404, total samples are 198, obtained by Isaac Michael formula taken simple random technique. Moreover, we utilize survey structural equation model based covariance to receive responses from through questionnaires analyze proposed effects hypothesis examination. To conclude, this demonstrates that needed enhance employees' level. Meanwhile, does not. Based evidence, some implications also discussed.
